About
I'm a creative director, editor and motion designer. I've lived in Brooklyn for over a decade, and in March 2026 I received my black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu from Daisuke Yamaji at Renzo Gracie Brooklyn.
My studio, Astropath.tv, is where I direct and create motion design projects for agencies and brands. This site is the cross section of everything else: cinematography, documentary, photography, visual effects and martial arts.
I've been making videos since I was 14. I was obsessed with Halo 3 at the time, so I taught myself to record and edit highlight reels of my own gameplay. Within a few years I was shooting and cutting short films on my high school campus. I went to the School of Visual Arts in 2011 and graduated with a BFA in film in 2015.
Straight out of school I went freelance, editing and building motion graphics for brands and agencies around New York. Around the same time I started training Brazilian jiu jitsu. What began as a way to stay in shape turned into the next obsession.
Currently, I'm working on growing Astropath.tv and developing a documentary project. All the while continuing a daily practice of exploring and perfecting my creative discipline.
